Onewerd & Pete Feliciano are a California based duo, whose sound, between the two of them, covers not just hip hop, but folk, acoustic, electronic, rock and instrumental stuff too. In 2015, Study Music Group released Onewerd’s first instrumental project, the electronic-influenced ‘Axiomatic EP’. This spring Study Music Group will partner with the duo for their collaborative full length debut, produced entirely by Onewerd.
Poe drops off a previously-unreleased Durazzo produced single, ‘Whatever You Do’, a collaboration with long time friend and vocalist Derius White, who passed away earlier this year.

Bonafide Magazine has premiered the new single ‘The Doors’ from Poe & CTZN‘s ‘The Good News‘ project. They had some interesting things to say about the lineup of the track and the project itself, which finds the California hip hop duo collaborating on their new quasi-conceptual album with friends big and small, from all different genres, backgrounds and locales including Albuquerque, Los Angeles, London, Oakland, San Francisco, Tempe, El Paso and beyond…
“When the term ‘supergroup’ gets bandied around its usually tied with bands ranging from the likes of Atoms For Peace and Madvillain to McBusted and The Firm…The Good News is a genuine supergroup though, a project spearheaded by California duo Poe & CTZN, featuring cult rapper Del The Funky Homosapien, Juan Alderete (The Mars Volta, Dr. Octagon, Jonwayne) and Taka Tozawa from Deltron 3030….Produced by CTZN with Juan Alderete and Taka Tozawa, we are premiering a new track from the troupe entitled The Doors. An extended posse cut of sorts, each MC takes their turn to spit over the hypnotic string-led beat…Dope artwork by Pete Cosmos.”
