To me, in a lot of ways, its darker in nature, both lyrically and sonically, but more or less it’s a continuation of the sound we’ve been building on and experimenting with…gritty drums, a lot of different takes on chopping and flipping various stringed instruments of the world, vintage movie samples…that kinda thing…our next project builds on this one and introduces live instrumentation into the fold…this kinda leads to that…”
